We very much appreciate you confirming and paying your deposit in advance. It helps us control food waste and organize our staffing appropriately. The dining room tasting menu is $155 per guest and this does not include beverages or tax. A tax of 13% will be added to your bill. Your deposit of $55 per person will be taken off of your final bill at the end of the evening. Gratuity is not included but is always graciously appreciated.
